Cole Construction is a Portland, Oregon company founded by Milan Cole. As a second generation general contractor, this company is the realization of my dream to create my own business after spending several years managing custom home construction projects for my family’s business and other general contractors.

Our philosophy in home building and remodeling is that modern construction requires a team of skilled professionals working together to achieve the common goal of excellence in craftsmanship. This requires a project to be well coordinated from the start and for the general contractor to have excellent communication with the homeowner, architect, and all of the subcontractors that are involved.

We work hard to achieve these goals and my years of experience working for custom home builders such as the Andrew Stasse Company in California and John Paisley Builder in Portland have provided me with the skills and experience to deliver your next construction project on-time and on-budget.
